The philosophy concerning food for me, is simplicity. Let the food talk for itself. If you are using the freshest, best quality local produce, you can create magnificent dishes. At Delice we try to follow this whenever possible.
Our menus are created in co-ordination with our clients. The menus should reflect your own tastes and wants. I can suggest and advise but at the end of the day its your menu.
Seasonality is key to buying local produce. Here in France that is easy to follow.

I sleep, dream and live food! When we go on holiday, my favourite thing to do is to search the markets and look at all the beautiful produce and how it is displayed. After closing the bistro we had succesfully ran, I still missed cooking. It has always been a passion of mine since I was small. So, one rainy day, sat at the kitchen table, I decided to take a leap follow my dream, I haven't looked back. Catering for other people is my dream job. I am happiest when I'm in a kitchen cooking.
I am always on hand to talk to clients. No need or question is too small. We will do whatever necessary to make you meal perfect.
I have a small team who have the same beliefs as me. We work well together in a calm and tranquil enviroment. We are well organised and treat any problem calmly.
